Grateful to CEO Times for featuring this piece - not just as an article, but as part of a much bigger story about how leadership is changing. For years, I’ve watched high performers carry invisible loads: unresolved trauma, chronic stress, emotional suppression, and the pressure to “hold it all together” while leading others. This work began as a quiet observation, then a clinical pattern, and eventually a mission: to redefine what effective leadership looks like when we understand the brain, the nervous system, and the human experience beneath the title.

Seeing this conversation gain visibility is meaningful. We’re in a moment where emotional intelligence, nervous system literacy, and psychologically safe leadership are no longer “nice to have” - they’re becoming the foundation of sustainable performance, healthy workplaces, and leaders who don’t burn out while trying to inspire others.

Thank you again to CEO Times for amplifying this message and opening space for a more human, neuroscience‑informed approach to leadership.
